Mistake in OPT Aplication

hi,
I have applied for my opt on march 27th. few days later i found out that i have made a mistake in the application There is a column in the application that says{ "Signature if the person preparing form mentioned other that above" } i have given my own details in that column. Is that a big mistake to worry about. i have tried contacting USCIS but they don't know what iam talking about.Can any please clear this confusion for me?

It's not a problem. They just don't want you to repeat the information which already there. Don't worry and don't contact them. Your application will not be rejected because of that.
