I have a question that is popping up in my mind from several weeks, instead of doing Masters Degree if i have only Graduate certificate am i eligible for CPT and OPT.?

Tarun - Do you have a reason why you want to get Graduate Certificate? Unfortunately it doesn't look like Graduate Certificate will qualify you for OPT/CPT - you can read more about OPT eligibility at http://www.nafsaregionxi.org/confere...nloads/opt.pdf. Also check with your DSO for eligibility - Readers do you agree with our analysis?

no, you have to have either a bachelors or a masters degree to qualify. i know this for a fact

Graduate certificate is not a degree level program .. for OPT you need any degree level ..
