Every consultancy I have spoken to till now suggests that we need to mention 6 - 7 years of work experience(though we dont have that) in our resume to get an interview call. I am skeptical about faking up in the resume. What are the dire consequences of doing that. People who have worked with consultancies, can you please share your views on pros and cons of working with a consultancy? Also please suggest some good consultancies for people with IT background.
