Hi,
I am currently working for employer A on OPT (expiring in 45 days) and have an offer from Employer B (to start in 25 days).
As you can see I need to apply for a STEM extension and I am wondering if I can use the Employer B's e-verify ID (citing the offer letter) for the extension application? Or can I apply for STEM extension only using the current job details? In which case I'll have to file for an update later when I actually start with company B - given I can't wait till I start with company B to file the extension application.
Please give your thoughts on what is optimal in this case.
Thanks a lot.
