hi guys,
I've been through a horrible experience of bad luck.. Due to a clerical error my stem extension was denied stating i was in unpaid training. but later uscis sent a notice to my university that they are going to review my case and this happened after i left the country. now uscis had approved my EAD for STEM but had missed to compensate the months I've lost due to their mistake . so i have now five months of EAD and a valid F1 visa that is good enough until dec 2015. kindly help me with the following questions as my entire career is depending on some ray of hope...
1) what all documents i need (like sevis or i20) from my university and also my previous employer to ensure a safe passage at port of entry..
2) what are my best choices at this point
please help me asap guys as I've been really unfortunate ...
