  • Joining date exceeding 90 day grace period

    Hello!

The joining date I received from my company exceeds the date of 90 days unemployment period. Can you please give me suggestions on how to account for the gap in between? There is a gap of 1 week only. I have already started working for the company. Any and all kinds of suggestions would be immensely helpful to me.

    Thanks a lot in advance!

Explain your situation to your employer. Ask them if they can provide you an offer letter with a date prior to the actual date of joining and run your payroll.

Explain your situation a little more... Has your 90 day unemployment period completed or are u still well inside that frame range... If you are well inside then find a staffing company who could give you an offer letter to cover up your unemployment period... And then when your job starts update ur new employer with ur dso

Explain your situation to the employer. If he can issue the offer letter with a date which is a week or 10 days prior to the date mentioned on your current offer letter, that will work.
