Got the offer letter kept the start date as 1st week july and applied on 1st week may

Hi everyone thanks for your time

I have applied to opt in early May and kept the start date as july 1st. I got a offer letter from a company. Is it possible for me to get opt card before july 1st. Is there any other way to get any temporary work authorization before getting the EAD card.
