OPT Extension Denied- Applied for H1B with current Job. Which school can offer me CPT

My OPT got expired on October 2012 and I applied for OPT extension it got denied now.I stopped working but my position is still on hold for me.I am going to mention to reopen and also I want to join a school which gives CPT from beginning. Why I need CPT means I applied h1b with current job in case if they ask for my how come I can do job now? I will be in a position to answer them if I am on CPT. This is my whole situation. Please help me out.It's urgent too.

My opt expiring in sept 2013, iam already working on admission paper work for aug 2013.. U can do sat classes and work fulltime. Remember if u work fulttime during cpt. You wunt get opt after masters!

A slight correction here. Only if you complete 365 days on CPT , you lose your OPT. So technically you can only work for 360 days and just quit on CPT. Carefully pick your start date.
