Can I change Employers while STEM application is still in process?

My STEM application reached them on 13th March 2014. It is 15th May today.

I wish to change companies. Both of which are E-verified

I have to move states but my EAD hasn't been processed yet.

Kindly let me know what the correct thing to do. Thank you very much

I would suggest you to wait until you get the EAD. Then change to which ever company you like to work for.

Agree with above comment , don't change employers while stem ext is in processing .. I did the same thing and I have to resent the application tellin uscis that I'm with different employer and it did cause a lot of confusion ..
