Hi
I have few queries and its a bit URGENT!!
I got a full time job offer and is currently on my last semester doing my project(I can do it remotely which enable me to start any job during this semester part-time).The joining is date is strictly on June 16th and I will graduate by August . So the possible option for me is that I can apply for OPT with expedite option and work part time or asking employer to change the offer and applying for CPT since I dont have enough time for OPT processing which is 2-3 months.
1,So my question is that Is there any other option ,other than this ?
2, Can I get the EAD card if they approve my OPT on time with expedite (I will get hardly 2-3 weeks).
Also !!
I am currently doing interviews for other companies.So once i get OPT for the first employer, can I choose to change it accordingly for opting another employer ?
I'm in this dilemma and any help will be greatly appreciated!!
