Better than keeping employers in the dark... What after an year's OPT if they opt not to sponsor you.... And keeping them in the dark can also jeopardize your prospects big time. All employers do a background check and hiding things with them can create issues.

If you have an OPT Approved and the EAD card you have a work authorization. You can say you are authorized to work but will require sponsorship in the future.
