Hi, I am in a difficult situation and I hope someone can who has gone through something similar can help me. I graduated last year with a Master's Degree and my OPT commenced in June. Soon I got a job and everything was going well until I had a family emergency and had to get back to India after Christmas. My employer understood my situation and allowed me to work from home all these months. Can I go back now and resume my employment? I have received payment throughout and paid taxes too. Please share your thoughts.
