I765 Status changed from RFE toInitialReview after changing address by calling USCIS.

Hi,

I have applied for my OPT on Mar 7,2014 and on Apr,15th my case status changed to RFE. I am yet to respond the RFE. On Apr 28th, I called USCIS regarding my Change of Address and they have changed my address and asked me to[B] send AR-11 form by mail[/B]. I am yet to send the AR-11 form by mail.
Today when I checked my case status it went to [B]Initial Review[/B] and the following message is shown "On May 1, 2014, your address was changed relating to the I765, APPLICATION FOR EMPLOYMENT AUTHORIZATION that you filed."

1) What should be the reason for the change of my case status from RFE to Initial Review without responding to the RFE?
2) What should I do now regarding the issue?
3) Should I be responding to the RFE now?
4) Should I send my AR-11(Change of Address) form by mail to USCIS or not?

Since they asked you to respond via mail, you should do that. Also, you should have received, a mailed copy of your RFE.

The reason i believe it changed to Initial review though not sure is because if you have filed your AR-11 form online, the address change is updated electronically and a copy for self records is generated.

Was your RFE for address change or some other reason?
