Employment History for OPT extension.

Hello,
Is it mandatory to send complete employment history during OPT for OPT extension.
I mean the name of all employers during OPT or only current employer information is required.
I have seen people getting RFE for employment history.
As per the check list from my university (SUNY at buffalo) only current employer letter and details are required along with other documents.
Please suggest.

No need, u can change multiple employers but report only ur current to USCIS during extension. But to be on the safest side have the records n employer letters from every employer you have ever worked for.

If all your employer history is updated by your DSO and ur SEVIS is updated, you do not require to send any information.
