Hello Guys,
I will be graduating in the FALL- Dec 2014. I started Working on CPT in Jan-14 and will continue to be on CPT till Dec (Jan-20-2014 till May 16-2014, June-1-2014 till Dec 25-2014) So basically in Spring 2014 and Fall 2014 as Part time, Summer-2014 as Full Time. I have 3 Questions:
1- Need to make sure that 7 Months part time CPT's and 3 months of Full time CPT will not affect my OPT
2- Can i apply for OPT while i'm working part time on CPT
3- My University's last working day of year is 24th Dec, Will be able to start my OPT on 26th or before? If yes, when should i apply?
