I am in an unpaid internship from an ABC consultancy/employer, as I have reached 60 days of unemployment. He gave me an offer letter but my job did not mention if it is a paid or unpaid internship. Also he is not running any payroll for me and is reluctant to change the offer letter to an unpaid internship. I took that letter as a safe side if I end up getting an RFE in the future.
1) Would that be a problem in the future saying that I have a job but don't have pay slips to show.
2) What would be the best way to describe in the offer letter to be in safe side?
3) I have updated my employer address within 60 days in my university DSO, would there be anything else to do.
