Issues while transferring Universities

Hello guys,

I got vissa stamped to XX university for spring 2014.As soon as i reached to Us, I transfered to another university.Currently
i am studying my first semister,now i want to transfer to another university after first semister. My question is
1) is there any problem for opt,H1B status if i transferd to another university.
