Hello...i have big problem about my i 20..actually i was student of university of virginia 2 years ago and after that us government declared that university as a fraud at that time university asked me to destroy all documents of them to be safe so now i am going to be graduate this may and my dso told me i need all i 20s to convert my status from f1 to h1 so i need your suggestions about this..what should i do ?

yes, for h1b process u need to provide all i-20 and other educational documents also plz try not to do h1b on that university degree bcoz of higher chances of rejection. if no option is left for being on safer side plz get admission in any good accredited university to be safe and for saving future incase u are getting bad result. I show my people have suffered in such kinda things and believe me they all were in need and all of them were misguided to get admission in fraud university.Comment
