Please Help..! I need suggestion if Am eligible to travel after H1-B filing

Hello,
I need ya suggestion.
I am applying H1 this April, I am full time to JP Morgan Chase. I have my wedding in May. I have to travel to India. My OPT is valid till June 16th 2014. I am returning on May 19th. Can I come back without any issues?I heard that during cap gap it is not advisable to travel during cap gap.Do u suggest any other ways like taking admission in other university so that I can come back without any issues? Please Help..!![/B]
