  • Travel during F1 after filing H1B

I am on OPT Extension. My OPT Extensions ends in March 2015. I am applying for my H1B this year. My question is

    1. Can I visit India after my H1B approval and before H1b start date (October)
    2. Do they ask for any extra documentation at port of entry ?
    2. Can I still visit india in my student status after H1b approval with out any problem ?

When ever you go outside US after your h1 approval, you can only come back with stamping after Sep 21st or 1 week before your H1B starts.
