GEt a letter/email saying you helped that company for X hours/week doing ABC tasks...
I believe jobs that are longer than 10 days need tobe updated to the DSO

DSO Update cancellation
Hi there,
Once we update our job details with DSO for a particular time period, can we change employer details for the same period? Or can we update the same period as unemployed? If yes by what time I need to change that? can we change it after 2 months ? (the thing is I had undergone an unpaid internship with a company, and I couldnt get an offer letter for the same again I'm afraid that I wont be able to get a letter from the employer that I have undergone the training as it was not official -which will lead me to unsufficient information if I get an rfe)
