Hello I am in OPT EXTENSION right now. and will Apply H1 in 2015. I am going INIDA and gonna get marry n want to bring my Wife with me. I asked DSO of my university and they are providing me Letter too. What are all other documents that i need to show when my wife go to VISA interview, And do i have to get a letter from employer too ??? what chances of getting visa approved . Pls help me out.

What are your travel dates? Are you applying H1B for FY 2015 quota (Applications accepted from April 1st 2014 onwards). Please clarify.

i will be travelling on august , ones marriage i want to apply her for visa.
i have my opt till 2015, so i haveto apply H1 in 2015. (i just applied for OPT extension , its in initial review.)
