Mistake while filing OPT form

I submitted my application for the EAD card, while filling the form I765, for the 13th question : place of last entry into the US ,
I had entered "X". But my port of entry into US was "Y". Will this cause an issue with my application.?
I contacted my university services and they said nothing could be done currently to correct this.
