Change of Employer before filing H1B
I am currently on Opt and looking forward to apply for H1 . Can I now change my employer and still have my H1 application be valid. I.E can I apply for the H1 in october as i'll be leaving the company now and is it possible for my H1 application to be valid or will it effect me as am changing the employer.
