File tax returns 2013

Hi!

Could you please help me with the step by step process to file taxes?

1. How can I file it online ?
2. Do I need to file 1040 NR or 1040 NR-EZ?
3. I also need to claim refund of social security and Medicare taxes withheld by my employer, what is the process for this?
4. If I need to file both these what are all the forms required?
