Should Unpaid internship be reported in employment history

I am a CS graduate. I have done full time job at 'A' from July 2013 to Spet 2013, after that for maintaining my OPT status I joined consultancy 'B' from Oct till Dec, 2013. I left Consultancy because I got a full time and a company 'C' and started working from Dec, 2013. My work at company 'C' is fine and now they want to file my H-1B. In the required information I need to provide them my employment history for last 5 years. At the consultancy I joined previously I just received training but did not do any work. I have the offer letter from them which says I am a programming intern at that consultancy(working for 20 hrs a week). My doubt is should I include the job at consultancy 'B' or should I only mention my full time at 'A' ?? Will having an unpaid intern at a consultancy in my employment history affect my H-1B ??

Note: I have reported all my employment, including the unpaid intern at consultancy 'B' to my University. I am presently in my initial OPT which expires in May, 2014.

Reporting employment and unemployment


The student should report changes in employment to his or her DSO as soon as possible. SEVP recommends that the student report any change within 10 business days of the change to avoid situations where a DHS official may determine the student is out of status.
