Opt stem

Hi everyone,

I am currently on opt which will expired in June 15th, 2014. I m working now with the client in CA as a contractor ,however my company is located in Virginia. I am planning to apply for opt stem next month (March ), I will be leaving the lease soon , and till now , i dont know when i will be living ,so my question is :

1/ is it going to be a problem if I will fill out my uncles's address in Virginia to USCIS? even though I m living in CA ? , so in that way , as soon as he will get the EAD , he will send it to me

Please share your thoughts

Yes you can give your uncle's address but make sure you send it to the right service centre (to which Virginia comes under).
