When can we Sponser for H4, after h1B approval
Hi. I am on opt first year, I am currently working. My company is going to apply for [B]H1B in April,2014[/B]. And if get picked and get H1B visa. The work permit starts from [B]Oct 1[/B] if I am correct. Please let me know when can I [B]Sponsor H4 for my spouse[/B]. Is it after oct1 or can I do it before. Please let me know. Thank you.
