finding job for this year h1

Does the IT Consultancy sponsor H1 when you are still in training and have not found job yet?
I am engineering graduate but my current company is not sposoring h1 this year. MY opt expires in jan 2015.
Do I have any changes to have h1 filed this year via IT companies?

In order to get an approved H-1B, there must be a valid employer/employee relationship. If the employer who sponsors you does not have control over where you work, how you work, etc., this may lead to an RFE. The company who sponsors you must be the company who pays you for H-1B purposes.

Depends. Some do. Have to talk before joining firm

Not certain but what you can do is...if you have a full time offer at your current company and they are willing to work with the it consultancy to put you as a contractor in their payroll...you can use the it company to sponsor your h1b...not sure...but this was the advice one of the consultancies had given me...
