File taxes for 2012 and 2013 together?

Hey can anyone please tell the entire process to file taxes for two consecutive years. My university uses Glacier Tax Prep. However they are not willing to consult students with their issues (except for an online link!).

You can file for the last 3 years.. IRS wil pay you a little interest too if you are getting a refund for previous years.File 1040NR..

You can file both together. But send the paper forms to IRS. Not e filing. Even i am filling both this year.

Is it possible to file for taxes for 2012 and 2013 together. I had income in the year 2012 but missed the deadline to file for my taxes.Can you please help me out here?
