STEM: USCIS received money but NOT the documents?

My friend has applied to STEM OPT Extension to USCIS and her documents got missed at there end. They even deducted the amount that was submitted in the OPT packet, but all they say is they did not receive the documents.


1. 2/17/2014 is her last day of OPT, can she apply the OPT STEM Extension next day after the Expire of the 12-mths OPT. Kindly reply.

If they failed to receive some of the documents, they will issue an RFE. Do you have a tracking number? No
