Hello guys,
I am currently on OPT working for a client X through a company A, my project ends feb 28th,2014. I have decided to shift to a company B as they are ready to file H1 for me this year as soon as I get a client project. I want to continue working here for cleint X till company B finds me a new job, but I do not want B to know that I am still working or A to know that I am in marketing process with other company. I have just accepted company B's offer and asked them to start with the marketing process, and mean while continuing my work here for company A.
1. Is there any chance that either of them can know what I am doing??
2.Can I work for two employers on OPT? One is paid(with A) and one unpaid(with B)? And more over, the paid one with A will be till the end of this month?? Can I complete the paper work with company B before I end my work with company A, that is, Before this month end??
3. What are the documents that I need to make ready to file my H1 this year? Will I need any docs from previous employer(A) ?
4. Can i apply for both H1 and OPTX , this april??
5. I do not have any health insurance since my opt start date in june,2013. Is it mandatory that people who work should have health coverage? Would like to know if there are any kinda rules to OPT students regarding health insurance??
