Hello

I just got an RFE notification. Letter is on the way. While it is getting delivered, i want to gather documentation needed.

Does any body who had got an RFE in the past and successfully cleared it, tell me what documents should I get ready?

I have pay stubs, w-2 and employment agreement. I do not have a formal offer letter. When I asked my agency, they told me that employment agreement is what they usually give their employees. If i have to request offer letter in specific, what do I want them to mention in that?

Also, How many days does it take to get the RFE notice delivered to me considering i got online notice today.

I suggest you wait till you get the RFE notice because only that could tell you what USCIS wants from you or your employer. It can be as simple as a copy of your I-20 as was the case with me. They give you enough time to gather all the documents and send them. You should hope to get the RFE letter in mail in about a week after the online notification.

It could be something like contact details or just a photo. Were u unemployed for more than 90days? If yes it may be an rfe for employment history. So wait for the letter.
