Can we travel to India and come back on opt extension ?
I'm on opt right now and it expires in November. I'm going to apply for an extension in May. I'm currently working in xyz hospital using my ead card. I m planning to travel to India in December-January. I wanna make sure that I can come back. What are the chances that they won't lemme come back. One more thing my F1 visa expires in October. Do I have to get the new one ?
