H1B through consultancy

Hi... I am a Life science Master’s graduate. I am working for a Biotech company. My company is neither e-verified nor do they sponsor H1B. Is it possible to apply H1B through consultancy while I am still working with my present employer? If so, please refer few consultancies. Thank you in advance.
