I Got an RFE for my OPT Extension. I need you help for providing answer for below query

“Evidence that all OPT employments related to the degree granted”

and i have been working as a Weblogic Administrator which includes 24Hr support of systems , website and developing scripts and I pursued my master’s degree in “Computer Science” which is very related to my degree

Can you please help what i can provide as a reply to above query

Get your attorney for this and go from there. I highly suggest that.

Write about your job role and responsibilities and relate it with your field by explaining clearly in a word document .... And also send pay stubs and w-2 ... Send them the document and pay stubs with the rfe letter...They should approve ... Best of luck !

If your employer is an IT company, they may be great at obtaining and fulfilling IT contracts. That does not mean that they are experienced with or particularly good at drafting well-written responses to USCIS. Prepare it the way an attorney would (or hire an immigration attorney) and make sure you send it via a trackable method to ensure you have proof it was timely filed.

Hi, i need a help to get driving licence in Pennsylvania state. I already have licence from another state, recently i moved to pennsylvania . My initial opt is going to end on feb 12 2016, i went to nearest dmv to transfer and renew my licence. Here the main problem is, they can't transfer or renew my licence as my work authorization is not more than 6 months( counting from sept 2015 to feb 2016). I asked them how can i drive the car until feb 2016, i requested them to give atleast for 5 months, then i can get stem opt ead, but they are not willing to do that. Please help me regarding this issue, is the rule same for all other states? If not name some states which are close to PA so that i can gather some proofs and get my licence.
