Training and Placement for Mechanical Engineers within the field

Hello,

I want to know if there are any consultancies which provide training and placement for Mechanical Engineers within the mechanical industries(Autombiles, design, manufacturing,etc..). if so, please provide me with the contact details. its very hard to find them in this cluster of IT consultancies. I am on OPT and haven't found anything yet
