Effect on H1B by switching employers within short notice

Hi,
I am currently on OPT from two weeks and I have just started to work for an employer A. Within two weeks of working I received another better offer from employer B. I have currently received my two weeks salary and relocation benefit. I intend to get my H1B processed this year. My questions are:

1) Will there be any problems for employer B to start processing my H1B. Is it too late if my joining date is mid Feb 2014

2) Will it effect H1B processing there is a job change within 2 weeks?

3) Does this have a negative impact on OPT extension?

u will not have any problem with immigration bcoz of changing jobs ..
