I have applied for my OPT extension on November 5th 2014. Till date the status is 'Initial Review'. On 28th Jan I received a letter from USCIS requesting for Biometrics on 14th Feb @8AM. (I did not e file my application). The 90 day processing duration is almost done. Anyone in the same situation? Does anyone know after the Biometrics appointment how many days it takes to receive the OPT card.
