Everification of Subsidiary for OPT extension.

Hello Guys,
Currently am on OPT and I got job from ABC technologies(MNC based in India)
My offer letter says ABC technologies which subsidiary of ABC corporation.
ABC corporation is e-verified but ABC technologies is not.
However HR says we don't do e-verification for subsidaries and they will provide me everification number of parent company for STEM Extension.
Please suggest whether my OPT will get extended and I can use everification of parent company.

U r opt can be extended by getting offer letter( job offer) from abc corp..
But you can not work for abc technologies when u are on extension .. you have to work for everified company ..

u can file with out offer letter .. but make sure they will give one if you get RFE ..
