H1B Denied-Job profile Mismatch

Hi, I have done my Masters in Chemistry and Bachelors in Pharmacy. Since past 2.5 yrs I am working as QA with various Financial Domains on OPT for which reason my H1 got denied last year because my Employer could not relate my job with my Educational Background.


1. I am worried if I need to change to Validation (which is a testing kind of position in pharma industries) or
2. Stay as QA and let my employer explain my situation to USCIS with enough documentation. Please suggest.

Hire better attorney .. my friends did masters in chemistry now working in IT .. job description and job titles can be adjusted little bit to relate u r job to.your study ..
