How early can I apply OPT Extension?

hmm none .. you can apply from day1 of opt start date till it end date ..

is it 120 days or 90 days?

law only mentioned that it should be before expire of post-completion opt ..

Any time.after receiving opt .. ie from day 1 to last date of you opt..

Is it mandatory that the application should reach 120 days before the first period ends.... Therez lot of confusion

Hi,Can you please provide me info on How early can I apply for an OPT-Extension? I looked up in USCIS website and the info they provided is contradicting


-Before 90 days of OPT expiration
-Anytime during the OPT
