    2. Your consulting firm is your employer. Client pays to your firm and firm pays to you

Regading OPT notice of employment to DSO

    Hi,

I have been employed full time by a consulting firm, In my OPT employment form to DSO should I include the name of the consulting firm (w-2 and i-9 from consulting firm) or the client firm where I work at?

Lets say I'm employed full time by company 'A' but work at the client location at/for 'B', in my OPT employment form should my employer be filled as Company 'A' or Company 'B'?
