Germany to US - Seeking Job

Happy New Year 2014
My greetings to you all.

My name is LogeshV (native Indian) , doing my Masters degree in Germany . I would like to do an Internship / Master Thesis and then continue to get a job in USA .
What are the possible ways to enter the country ? Through which visa i should enter the country ?
As of now i posses a tourist visa B2 .
