OPT RFE 2nd time

[UTA2013]

I was supposed to graduate in summer 2012 but was able to finish my Thesis in Fall 12. But my OPT started in Sep 12 and got a job in jan 2013. First time i got an RFE asking for a copy of my degree and had submitted but now i ve got an RFE again. Haven received the RFE yet.

1) My OPT started in Sep and Got a job in Jan (4 months). Will that be a problem during RFE review.
2) Also my OPT ended Sep 2013 and in case my OPT gets denied, will i have another 60 days to join some university ??
3) Why do they ask for 2 RFEs. Will it be reg the 1st RFE or a completely new one??

1 depends on what type of rfe you got ..
2 nope if it is a status violation ..
(Most of opt denials are status violations : status as defined in 8cfr )
3 they can request for more evidence any time .. they dont have any rules about how many rfe they can send ..
