Traveling to India on OPT

I am on OPT until 07/14/2014. And I am currently employed till 04/30/2014. The contract may be extended further. I was planning on traveling to India between roughly 02/22/2014-03/17/2014 for personal reasons. Would there be any visa issues if I go ahead with my travel plans.

I'd really appreciate some advice.
