I graduated in Dec 2012. My first 12months of OPT is about to end on Feb 12th 2014. I worked for a client through employer-A till Nov 13th. My project was completed on Nov 13th. I Have all Genuine Pay stubs till End of Nov i.e till Nov 30th From Employer-A. I had an issue with this employer-A so I started marketing with Employer-B from Dec 1st. I haven't applied for OPT extension yet.
My question is,
Firstly, Can I file for an extension On Employer-B? I don't have any Job in hand currently and I don't have any previous Pay stubs with Employer B.
What is the process to apply for extension on Employer-B?
Secondly, Does employer-B need to run my payroll in the end of Dec?
Thirdly, Am I too late to file for an extension?
