pre-completion to post-completion OTP

Hi

I had applied for pre-completion OPT while I was registered for thesis in Fall 2013 but didn't graduate. I would like to apply for Post-completion now. pre-completion OPT period was 23rd September 2013 - Dec 7th 2013. I joined a consultancy that time and took training and had my payroll run but didn't get a client offer. While filing for Post-completion now should send the offer letter and pay stubs in order to escape RFE. If USCIS asks me the client letter can i say I was under training during that period? Please help me this is very urgent. Thank you.

You don't need to send offer letter to USCIS..Just report to DSO that you got Job and why are you thinking about RFE.....If they give you an RFE you have to reply else stay calm you are good
