Is My OPT Approved or Denied? I am in confused state - Is any one in this situation,

You really cant say if it will change in 2/3 days. It took for more than 7 days for a friend of mine

Hi My OPT Status has been changed to decision on 20th and it says tehy will send us a mail whether it is approved or denied. Many of my friends says taht if its in decision for more than 2-3 days it might be denied in many cases if OPT is approved it wil be directly moving to Card production . I am in confused state can you post my question so that if any one faced this situation may let me know soem ifnormation regarding this, Please.
