It says that i am exceeding my unemployment period by 1 day. Usually the unemployment period should be 90 days. But mine has exceeded by one day. i really dunno what options are left with me.
My employer has said he can give me a 1 week unpaid internship letter incase if i needed. Can any one please help me with this issue. My OPT expires on January 29th 2014. Please suggest i am lost.
